American Music Concepts is a very successful company that produces jingles for companies all across the United States to use in their radio and television advertising. They are truly experts at creating a great avdertising identity for companies, but when it came to their own online identity they were a little lacking.
Priority number one for us with American Music Concepts was to create a website for them that reflected their business, modern and professional. We put together a simple yet modern design. We also made sure that every page had an easy to use contact form so that visitors to the site have a quick and easy way to get in touch with them. We also made sure that their phone number was in a high profile position on every page.
We put a jingle jukebox in several places on the site so that users can easily take a listen to some samples of their work. Of course the copy we wrote for their website is loaded with user benefits, because people always wasnt to know what you can do for them.
I was suprised to find out that there is quite a lot of competition in the jingle business today. So, in order to make sure American Music Concepts was coming out on the top of the search engine results ahead of their competition we focused on search engine optimization before we built the site and after it was up and running.
As you can see by the picture below, our work paid off as they were able to rank number 1 on Yahoo for one of their targeted keywords "radio commercial jingles".

Blogging is a great way to make your site more search engine friendly. Wordpress is an easy to operate blogging system that can can be incorporated into any site. It is built to work well with the search engines and when updated regularly it gives your site fresh content on an ongoing basis, which is something else that the search engines like.
Luckily, American Music Concepts already had a weekly email newsletter that they were sendig out each week. The newsletter contained sales tips for radio sales people. Often American Music Concepts works with sales reps to sell the reps' clients packages of air time and a jingle.
So we took their weekly e-newsletter and turned each entry into a blog entry. Now they have a blog that provides fresh content to their website every week with their weekly ad sales tips. Win win!
American Music Concepts was running a small pay per click program. It was driving small amounts of traffic to their site, but the program was largely on auto-pilot.
We again turned to their e-newsletter content to spice up their lead generation efforts. We compiled 41 of their recent sales tips into a whitepaper and made changes to the pay per click program to target radio station sales mangers and sales reps. The program has been a huge success. It feeds American Music Concepts a steady stream of valuable leads.
